The Coaching Leader Course
This self-paced online learning course has been designed for new, emerging and experienced leaders to provide foundational coaching skills to enhance leadership effectiveness and to enrich workplace relationships.
The online component of the course will take approximately 3 hours to complete and is followed by two x 1 hour face-to-face coaching practice sessions which you can schedule at a time that suits you.
On completion of the course, you'll have gained a greater understanding of coaching and how to:

identify coaching opportunities and strategies to assist team members,

apply a coaching approach to different work and people scenarios, and

use a range of coaching frameworks and tools aimed at helping you to communicate, support and build strong relationships with your team.
Cost: $350 (includes access to online course content and two x 1 hour coaching sessions).
