Service Description

Organisational and leadership coaching is aimed at fostering positive, systemic transformation within organisations. It is used to help organisations achieve strategic objectives, enhance employee capability, and create culture change. Broader organisational needs are placed front and centre, and the coaching is used to grow and develop employees, focusing on human dynamics with the aim of working together to increase productivity and create a positive workforce. With a focus on leadership effectiveness, coaching is aimed at developing and strengthening leadership skills and forging a compelling pipeline of leaders to serve on Boards, executive management and other leadership roles. The coaching provides strategies to help build confidence, identify and embrace your unique personal brand, find a leadership style that is genuine and authentic for you, strengthen your voice and ability to influence, and gain courage to lead in any environment. Coaching will also extend to management and communication skills, diversity and inclusion, and how you can have a significant and positive impact on the culture and decision making in any organisation.
